go to pedal your world, they have the crown race removal tool.... If you want to do it yourself, get a flat head screw driver and hammer and tap it out but be careful when doing it. But the crown race isnt a bearing, it sits in the bottom cup of the headset.

no the plan is to get rid of the boxxer for a rigid road bike fork, and get carbon road cranks, seatpost, and get 29in wheels with slicks so i roll faster. To top it off i plan to race in a full spandex race suit and trade my tld helmet for his bell since they are clearly the name in helmets

dont like cr's had the pad adjust before and i never use it plus if i want carbon levers i can just get them through norco for cheap.
